Otther Way Technologies Ltd ("Otther", "we") respects your privacy and is committed to protecting the personal data you share with us. This policy describes what data we collect, how we use it, who we share it with, and your rights under GDPR, LGPD, and other applicable legislation.
1. 1. Data we collect
We collect only data strictly necessary to deliver our services, respond to inquiries, and operate this website.
1.1. Data you provide
Name, email, phone, and message submitted via contact form. This data is stored in Formspark and in Otther mailboxes.
1.2. Navigation data
Analytics cookies via Google Analytics 4 (anonymized IP, pages visited, time on page). No marketing or profiling cookie is installed by default.
2. 2. How we use your data
Data is used exclusively for the purposes described below.
2.1. Commercial communication
Respond to requests sent via the form, propose quotes, and continue the professional relationship initiated by the user.
2.2. Digital product improvement
Analyze aggregated usage (most-read pages, traffic sources) to refine content and UX. No individual data is shared with third parties for this purpose.
3. 3. Sharing with third parties
We do not sell or trade personal data. We only share with operators strictly necessary to provide the service.
3.1. Operators we use
Google (Analytics + Workspace), Formspark (form intake), and Vercel (hosting). Each operates under its own terms and privacy policies.
4. 4. Legal basis and retention
Processing is based on legitimate interest (LGPD art. 7º, IX / GDPR art. 6(1)(f)) and consent (LGPD art. 7º, I / GDPR art. 6(1)(a)) for analytics cookies.
4.1. Retention period
Commercial contact data: up to 36 months after the last contact, or for the duration of the contractual relationship. Aggregated analytics logs: up to 26 months (GA4 default).
5. 5. Your rights
You may, at any time and free of charge, exercise the rights provided in LGPD art. 18 and GDPR articles 15–22.
5.1. How to exercise
Send an email to team@otther.co with the subject "Data rights request" specifying the right you wish to exercise (access, rectification, anonymization, portability, or deletion). We will reply within 15 days.
6. 6. Security
We adopt reasonable technical and administrative measures to protect personal data against unauthorized access, loss, or alteration — including TLS in all communications, role-based access control, and encrypted backups.
7. 7. Updates to this policy
This policy may be updated to reflect legal or operational changes. The last revision date will always be in the footer of this document. Material changes will be communicated by email to active contacts.
